  • Roads and Infrastructure Design: This included storm water drainage, sewerage, irrigation, potable water, street lighting, electrical and telecommunication networks.
  • Landscape Design and Site Supervision
  • Transportation Impact Assessment and Parking Simulation: A micro simulation using Vissim software was conducted for the parking area, which can accommodate 8,000 vehicles.
  • Stakeholder Coordination and Statutory Approvals: Crown Consult liaised with various local authorities to obtain the necessary approvals, including Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), Dubai Municipality, Telecommunication (Etisalat/DU), Civil Defense, Dubai Police, and Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA).
