
The workshop commenced with a welcome address by Dr. Abdulla Hamad AlGhfeli, General Manager of the ITC, followed by an introduction by Mr. Ahmed Al Hosani, Design and Traffic Section Head at the ITC.
Workshop Objectives and Key Discussions
The primary objective of the workshop was to provide key stakeholders with a background on the project, its status, and the way forward. More importantly, it served as a platform to gather input from stakeholders to help shape the update of the ADTGM, last published in 2012. The discussions focused on identifying current challenges faced by stakeholders and understanding their expectations for future improvements.
Representation and Participation
Crown Consult was represented by Dr. Mustafa Aldulaimi (CEO), senior staff, technical experts, and support teams, participating both physically and online. The workshop brought together key stakeholders, including:
- The Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT)
- The Integrated Transport Centre (ITC)
- Abu Dhabi Municipality (ADM), Al Ain Municipality (AAM), and Al Dhafrah Municipality (DRM)
- Other government authorities
- Developers, architects, and other professionals
- All grades of Transportation Impact Study Consultants registered with the ITC

Interactive Sessions
Engagement and interaction were a key part of the workshop, featuring:
- A themed fun quiz via QR code, enjoyed by all attendees.
- A panel-led Question-and-Answer session with experts from ITC and Crown Consult.
- A roundtable discussion with preset topics to gather stakeholder inputs, which will be compiled and shared with all invitees. The feedback will directly contribute to the enhancements of the ADTGM update.
Hospitality and Closing Remarks
Attendees were provided with refreshments during registration, two coffee breaks, and a warm lunch.
