Project Overview:

 

Crown Consult successfully designed and implemented a comprehensive transportation planning and infrastructure solution for the Dubai Pearl development, a mixed-use project encompassing 16.3 hectares and 1 million square meters of gross floor area. Our services included:

  • Car park management strategy development: Optimizing internal circulation and parking arrangements for improved access and flow within the project.
  • Road design and tie-ins: Designing roadways efficiently connecting Pearl Dubai to existing infrastructure, including RTA/TECOM roads and the Al Sufouh tram stations.
  • Feasibility study: Investigating potential enhancements to Interchange No. 4 and evaluating mobility and podium access improvements.
  • Stakeholder coordination and approvals: Managing relationships and obtaining necessary permits from Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), TECOM, Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, Dubai Police, and other relevant authorities.
